Beginning as an Administration Assistant, she progressed into senior management positions overseeing Finance, Administration, Human Resources and Marketing functions, developing a strong reputation for operational excellence and organisational leadership.

Alongside her industry experience, Chloe also successfully runs her own business, Nova Business Solutions ltd, where she further develops her expertise in customer service, business operations and process efficiency. Her entrepreneurial background complements her new role at Casamia Homes and strengthens the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional support for both customers and suppliers.
