Casamia Homes has announced a series of premium partnerships with carefully selected high-end suppliers ahead of the housebuilder launching its latest luxury developments – The Firs in Allestree and Black Fir Farm in Dalbury Lees.
The company has placed a strong emphasis on quality of finish, working with trusted manufacturers, designers and specialist installers to ensure each home is completed to a standard that reflects both its setting and its scale.
Alongside an exceptional level of specification included as standard, purchasers will also be offered the opportunity to personalise their home during construction, with a range of options more commonly associated with bespoke, client-led builds rather than traditional new-build developments.
Danielle Tyler, Marketing Director at Casamia Homes, said: “We have spent a huge amount of time selecting the right suppliers and building strong relationships with companies whose products and craftsmanship reflect the quality we want to deliver.
“Our aim is to provide a standard specification that goes far beyond what buyers would normally expect from a new-build home, and partnering with respected brands and specialist suppliers is a key part of achieving that.
“We are also excited to offer a range of optional extras during the design and build process – features that are often only added after completion – so our customers can be involved every step of the way in creating a home that feels truly personal.”
Casamia Homes works closely with each purchaser to help turn a house into a home, with a focus on design, craftsmanship and a wide array of personalisation options.
As standard, homes will include sanitaryware and brassware from Crosswater, luxury tiles by SOLUS, solid work surfaces by Derbyshire-based Impala Stone, quality ironmongery from Bennetts of Derby, flooring throughout – supplied by Lewis’s of Spondon, feature staircases with oak and metal balustrades and landscaped gardens.
A wide range of additional options will also be available, including staircase upgrades such as glass balustrades and cut-string detailing. Purchasers can select from a variety of interior door styles, including Crittall-style designs, together with upgraded sanitaryware ranges from Crosswater. Bespoke wardrobe and dressing room installations will be offered, along with a choice of media wall designs. A comprehensive selection of upgrade flooring, tiling, lighting and electrical upgrades will also be available, allowing each home to be tailored to individual tastes.
For customers choosing to enhance their homes further, Casamia has partnered with a number of specialist suppliers. Robeys of Belper will install designer gas and bioethanol fires, while Connected Home Systems will offer smart-home packages including lighting control, audio-visual integration, security and cinema rooms. Superior Wellness has been selected to supply and install high-specification hot tubs, bringing a new meaning to a fully turnkey home – allowing customers to enjoy the luxury of a warm soak from the moment they move in.
At the sales launch of The Firs, taking place at the end of April, customers will be able to experience an interactive digital walkthrough of the developments. Using Casamia’s virtual showroom, visitors will be able to explore one of the homes, room by room, view interior specifications, and see the range of available options.
Once a plot has been reserved, purchasers will be invited to Casamia’s Options Suite at Pride Park, where they can view interior samples and work with the team to personalise their home.
The Firs in Allestree is Casamia’s first development to launch in 2026 and will comprise ten executive detached family homes. Located off Woodlands Lane, between Allestree and Quarndon, the homes sit within a mature and established setting and will feature high-specification interiors, double garages, electric vehicle charging points and solar panels. Prices are expected to start from around £875,000, with completions scheduled from October 2026.
Alongside The Firs, Casamia Homes is also delivering Black Fir Farm in Dalbury Lees, a collection of three exceptional barn-style homes set within a rural setting. These large statement properties will combine contemporary barn architecture with broadly similar high-end interior finishes.
Danielle Tyler added: “We are extremely excited to be bringing forward both The Firs and Black Fir Farm. These developments perfectly reflect the direction of Casamia Homes, and now that our supplier partnerships are in place, we are looking forward to launching for sale both of these developments.
“There is already strong interest in both schemes, and we would encourage anyone interested to register on our website to receive launch information and early details ahead of the official release.”
