Meet your executive team

Casamia combines key personnel with many years of experience across a magnitude of sectors in house building and construction.

We are a privately owned and managed company formed by a number of ex-shareholders, directors and employees of Radleigh Homes following its sale and acquisition by Redrow plc. 

George has a demonstrated proven track record in sales with extensive experience in the house building industry. Commencing his career as a Sales Negotiator in estate agency, he quickly transitioned to new build sales with Miller Homes, honing his expertise in the sector. George’s career advanced at Radleigh Homes where he helped the business transact during their sale to Redrow. George has spent considerable time operating and negotiating on either side of land transactions and has successfully identified, aquired and delivered sites through the increasingly complicated planning processs.

Dan is an accomplished Construction Director with a robust background in the house building and construction industry. With foundational training in quantity surveying, he progressed through various roles, including Commercial Manager and Managing Quantity Surveyor. Dan has a proven track record of overseeing large-scale projects with contract values of up to £250 million, working for National PLC’s such as Galiford Try and Berkeley Group - as well as local firms such as J Tomlinson, Miller Construction and Radleigh.

Danielle is an accomplished Marketing Director with extensive experience in the housing and property sector. She has held senior marketing roles at Radleigh Homes, Redrow, and Cameron Homes, bringing a wealth of industry knowledge to every project. Together with Tom and Dan, Danielle co-founded Casamia with a vision to create a trusted and highly regarded local housebuilding company in the East Midlands.

Tom has spent his entire career in the construction business in the East Midlands. Initially training as a Quantity surveyor in private practice, he then moved to work in the development and house building side of the industry and was a key player in the substantial growth of two companies through to eventual sales to national operators. Tom operated as Managing Director for both Birch Construction who sold to the Miller Group and Radleigh Homes who sold to Redrow.
