Casamia Homes is delighted to announce the appointment of Neil Smith as Contracts Manager, marking a welcome reunion with a trusted and highly regarded industry professional.
Neil, who has been working with the business since December 2025, joins Casamia from his previous role as Contracts Manager at Harron Homes, bringing with him extensive experience in residential construction and housebuilding. His appointment sees him reunite with several members of the Casamia team, having previously worked closely together during their time at Radleigh Homes.
This move represents not just a strengthening of Casamia’s growing leadership structure, but a coming together of a proven team with a shared track record and aligned approach to delivering high-quality developments.
Construction Director Dan Taylor commented:
“It’s fantastic to be working with Neil again. Having worked together previously, we know the level of professionalism, leadership and technical expertise he brings. Just as importantly, he shares the same values and approach that underpin everything we’re building at Casamia Homes.”
Neil also expressed his enthusiasm about joining the team:
“Working with this group again feels like a natural step. There’s a strong shared understanding of how we deliver quality developments, and I’m looking forward to playing a key role in Casamia’s continued growth. Having worked with the team previously at Radleigh, it really does feel like coming home.”
Neil’s appointment further strengthens Casamia Homes’ delivery capability as the business continues to expand across Derbyshire and the surrounding counties.
The appointment comes as Casamia prepares to launch its first development of 2026, The Firs in Allestree — a collection of ten executive detached homes positioned between Allestree and Quarndon, with views across Allestree Park. A VIP launch event is scheduled for later this month, with further details available on the development page.
